The restaurant was intriguing, serving a variety of dishes that reflected local flavours. I recall enjoying a delightful vegan meal on the terrace one evening; It was a welcome surprise as I hadn't expected such culinary innovation from a hotel. Breakfast offered a simple yet adequate array of options-think basic ham, cheese and pastries-which set a relaxed tone for the day. What stood out was the ambiance; I could always find a quiet nook to revel in my morning coffee amongst cool jazz drifting through common areas. The coffee could use a serious upgrade!
